What you will do

• Own performance across Google Ads (Search, DemandGen) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn) with media agency.
• Steer campaign setup, optimization, prioritization and budget allocation for strong results.
• Monitor performance, drive improvements in bids, audiences, creatives and account structure.
• Track, analyze and report results focusing on ROI, CPA and revenue.
• Identify growth opportunities through keyword expansion, audience insights and testing.
• Ensure accurate tracking, data quality and stay updated on platform features and trends.

Requirements

• Communication and writing skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics or similar.
• 4+ years in performance marketing/digital marketing.
• Experience in project management, planning and execution.
• Experience in data driven analysis and reporting.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Knowledge in GA4 and web analytics.
• Hard-working team player with solution-oriented mindset.
