What you will do

• Grow engaged community around hirify.global on social channels for inspiration and user-generated content sharing
• Engage daily with community on Instagram and TikTok via comments, DMs, and posts as hirify.global's voice
• Lead end-to-end UGC sourcing: find creators, outreach, coordination, contracts, and content delivery for ads
• Monitor trends, user feedback, and creator conversations to keep content current
• Track performance, share insights, and refine content and creator strategy

Requirements

• Genuine interest in visual storytelling, photography, or design with instinct for creative communities
• Hands-on experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok with eye for engaging, shareable material
• Comfortable with video editing tools like CapCut or quick to learn
• Strong written and spoken English, able to shift tone across formats and audiences
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple creators, timelines, and content

Nice to have

• Background in digital media, motion design, or visual communication
