What you will do

• Collect and prepare reporting data from internal sources to support financial oversight.
• Review month-end closing reports and provide detailed financial analysis.
• Support corporate planning and budgeting activities.
• Collaborate with HQ in Germany and Plant Controllers across various European locations.
• Optimize and standardize financial processes and maintain detailed process documentation.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to implement tangible operational improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Business Finance.
• University degree in Finance or a related field (Bachelor's minimum).
• Solid experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP FI/CO knowledge is highly desirable.
• English: Very good proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Wrocław, Poland.

• Previous experience working within a production or manufacturing company.
