What you will do

• Manage end-to-end content creation, including copywriting, editing, scheduling, and publishing across key platforms.
• Shoot and produce vertical native social media content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Report weekly performance using Sprout Social and native analytics tools like Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.
• Analyze KPIs and transform insights into actionable optimizations to boost engagement, reach, and ROI.
• Coordinate with external agencies and creators to develop a creator-led content approach.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and propose innovative ideas for the brand's social media evolution.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit best practices.
• Proven ability to create digital-native short-form video content.
• Strong skills in analytics, reporting, and interpreting data-based insights.
• Experience in project management and coordinating multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Portfolio showcasing native content creation is mandatory.
