Location: Hybrid (Bucharest, Romania) - required in-office presence of about 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Manage and resolve system incidents using internal processes and tools.
• Improve system efficiency, stability, and availability by following established standards.
• Utilize logging and monitoring tools to identify root causes of issues and set up alerting.
• Apply continuous delivery methods to support and deliver high-quality software.
• Implement the latest technical concepts from the hirify.global Technology Radar to solve client problems.

Requirements

• Less than one year of professional experience in technology.
• Basic understanding of coding and object-oriented (OO) concepts.
• Ability to write and understand code in Kotlin or Java.
• Interest in troubleshooting, observability, monitoring, and alerting.
• Proficiency in English and confidence in sharing ideas.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating 24x7 support team.
