What you will do

• Partner with UX designers, engineers, and data scientists to identify AI opportunities in the technical content lifecycle.
• Design and build agent-driven automated workflows to gather and optimize source content for publishing.
• Build AI-assisted semantic enrichment pipelines focusing on ontology, metadata, and taxonomy tagging.
• Develop agents and checks to enforce content standards and optimize knowledge for AI solutions.
• Implement measurement systems to track adherence to legal, brand, accessibility, and structural standards.
• Define governance patterns, including guardrails and human-in-the-loop review triggers, to ensure reliable AI outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and multi-agent orchestrations for complex content.
• Experience integrating generative AI capabilities into enterprise workflows from design to production.
• Working knowledge of GenAI fundamentals and responsible AI governance and monitoring.
• Experience with GitHub and modern CI/CD automation, such as GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and formats including Jekyll, AsciiDoctor, and Markdown.
