What you will do

• Shape and improve product operating practices across strategy, discovery, delivery, and outcome measurement.
• Enable Product Managers to make faster, higher-quality decisions through structured prioritization and risk awareness.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to align discovery and execution workflows.
• Reduce cross-functional friction by strengthening shared context and collaboration models.
• Design and facilitate key product rituals, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Introduce scalable systems, tools, and standards to improve execution efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Operations within a scaling product or technology organization.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product development (discovery, delivery, and measurement).
• Proven ability to operate as a systems thinker with a bias toward practical execution.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and shaping decisions without formal authority.
• Familiarity with agile software delivery practices and modern product development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
