TL;DR

Technical Product Owner (Infrastructure): Develop and execute product roadmap for IT infrastructure solutions with an accent on gathering requirements, prioritizing backlog, and delivering business value through Agile processes. Focus on designing delivery iterations, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving data-informed improvements in product performance.

Location: Hybrid Lisbon (2 days in office per week on average)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute product roadmap for infrastructure products within CIP value stream.
  • Conduct workshops with technical stakeholders to gather requirements, assess value, and define delivery iterations.
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications; prioritize and refine product backlog.
  • Collaborate with Agile Delivery Leads to ensure steady work flow and participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Track metrics via dashboards, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate launches, and coach junior Product Owners.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with Technology Infrastructure in support, delivery, or project roles.
  • Proven experience delivering infrastructure transformation programmes and projects.
  • Experience in product-related Agile roles, managing backlogs for business value.
  • Relevant qualifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and writing engineer-ready requirements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience with lean thinking to minimize waste and drive efficiency.
