Salary: $2,736 – $4,600 per month (approximate based on hourly rates)

What you will do

• Lead a comprehensive content audit across website, blog, gated resources, and email to evaluate relevance and accuracy.
• Build and maintain a detailed content inventory to catalog asset types, topics, owners, and status.
• Identify content gaps and deliver prioritized recommendations in a final audit report.
• Support content governance initiatives, including naming conventions, taxonomy, and process documentation.
• Assist with updating project management templates and workflows in Workfront.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and assist with copywriting, research, and content briefs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or Journalism.
• Must be available to work for the complete summer break (May–August or June–September).
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to build and manage structured systems.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and the Microsoft Office software suite.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for clarity and consistency.
• Ability to work effectively with a high tolerance for ambiguity in fast-changing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workfront, Asana, or other project management tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or digital asset management tools.
• Experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) for marketing and workflow automation.
• Prior internship experience, particularly for Juniors and Seniors.
