What you will do

• Lead the onboarding and adoption of hirify.global Data Cloud workloads for customers across various geographies.
• Act as a technical product expert for SaaS solutions, supporting customers and internal teams.
• Monitor customer health by analyzing telemetry and usage data to proactively identify risks.
• Collaborate with post-sales, product, and cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes.
• Align hirify.global solutions to customer business objectives to maximize value realization.
• Provide structured feedback to Product Management regarding feature gaps and limitations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in technical success, customer success, or post-sales disciplines.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 environments, cloud platforms, and hyperscale technologies.
• Ability to analyze customer success metrics, usage trends, and growth indicators.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused, empathetic approach.
• General knowledge of supporting infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking.

Nice to have

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience using ServiceNow and Salesforce in a customer-facing environment.
• Prior experience supporting SaaS products and enterprise customers globally.
