What you will do

• Lead and manage the tactical purchasing team for efficient execution of activities.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize processes and achieve cost savings.
• Coordinate purchase orders in Oracle ERP/Cyberplan, monitor status, and resolve exceptions.
• Analyze inventory metrics to identify optimization opportunities and implement strategies like ABC analysis and cycle counting.
• Collaborate with production, inventory, and finance stakeholders to align purchasing with business goals.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in Purchasing.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Availability to travel (20%) and working time flexibility in an international environment.
• Leadership abilities, result-oriented, team player, detail-oriented, flexible.

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of Oracle architecture and Cyberplan.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
