What you will do

• Manage demand-driven inventory planning, optimizing stocking policies, reorder points, and safety stock based on real-time signals and consumption patterns.
• Execute daily procurement activities, review requisitions, place orders, and expedite to ensure supply continuity.
• Handle supplier management, negotiations, issue resolution, and performance monitoring for on-time delivery and quality.
• Oversee purchase order lifecycle, invoice reconciliation, and compliance with policies and ERP systems.
• Conduct data analysis, root cause investigations, and process improvements to enhance inventory turns and service levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance, and supply chain on demand alignment and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in inventory planning, supply chain, or procurement in demand-driven environments.
• Experience with purchase order management, invoice reconciliation, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data; advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups).
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings.

Nice to have

• Experience in distribution, spare parts, or MRO.
• Familiarity with min/max, reorder point, safety stock models.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Oracle ERP, or Baxter planning system exposure.
