What you will do

• Create and manage purchase orders in line with MRP, including expediting, deferring, and cancelling.
• Plan and forecast material requirements to support production schedules and customer demand.
• Control inventory levels and produce monthly forecasts.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage day-to-day relationships.
• Escalate supply issues through Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Review lead times, order increments, and manage imports with shipping documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in materials planning or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
• Solid understanding of MRP, inventory management, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills for managing suppliers and stakeholders.
