What you will do

• Conduct market and portfolio analyses for strategically relevant material groups.
• Develop and implement supplier strategies and risk management measures.
• Lead price and contract negotiations with suppliers to realize sustainable cost savings.
• Manage supplier relationships and coordinate procurement activities with internal functions and group companies.
• Lead and support projects with strategic relevance and optimize procurement quality and cost performance.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a similar field.
• English: C1 (fluent, negotiation-ready) required.
• Around 3 years of experience in business consulting, specifically in structuring complex topics and workstream management.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven capability in stakeholder management across different organizational levels.
• Strong sense of accountability and an ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• German language proficiency.
• Practical experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience in supplier management or cost optimization initiatives.
