What you will do

• Serve as the central point of contact for regional functional HR IT topics and systems.
• Support the implementation and operational run of the global HR IT landscape within the region.
• Coordinate regional testing, documentation, releases, and change requests.
• Manage regional HR IT compliance and audit topics, coordinating remedial action plans.
• Analyze, report, and track regional and local KPIs.
• Ensure up-to-date process documentation and training materials for regional processes.

Requirements

• Significant experience in HR system projects within an international environment.
• Deep understanding of integrated HR IT systems and processes (on-premise and cloud).
• Knowledge of time management and payroll processing rules, ideally within SAP HCM.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements.
• Business fluent in English.
• Location: Belgrade, Serbia.
