Recruiter / Talent Partner

📍 Remote: Brazil | Portugal
Utopia is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Partner to join their growing team and strengthen hiring for Portuguese-speaking markets across Europe and LATAM. This role will play a key part in building regional pipelines and supporting the company’s ambitious growth in the luxury hospitality space.
What you’ll be doing:
— Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions
— Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines (Europe & LATAM)
— Focus on Portuguese-speaking talent markets
— Partner with hiring managers to support strategic hiring
— Contribute to scaling hiring processes and regional expansion
What they’re looking for:
— Experience in recruitment or talent partnering
— Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills
— Fluency in Portuguese and English
— Data-driven, curious, and proactive mindset
— Background in design, architecture, procurement, or tech is a plus
