Salary: $170,000—$216,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop the latest simulation technologies using foundation models for embodied agents.
• Apply Generative AI (GenAI) expertise to push the boundaries of simulation realism.
• Transfer research from hirify.global's foundational AI team into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Build and operate scalable machine learning and data systems, simulation workflows, and insight tools.
• Combine expert human judgments with ML models to deliver training and evaluation data for driver metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Mountain View, CA).
• 3+ years of experience with ML software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience with Python.
• 3+ years of experience with machine learning frameworks including Pytorch, Tensorflow, or Jax/Flax.

Nice to have

• Experience creating or developing ML models for robotics and self-driving vehicles.
• Strong C++ skills in a production setting and experience integrating ML models into production systems.
• Experience training large-scale models on GPU/TPU clusters.
