What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for high-impact areas including dashboards, insights workflows, and AI-driven actions.
• Develop scalable UI patterns for complex datasets across multiple products to reduce inconsistency.
• Create intuitive interactions for AI features that foster user trust and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation using React and Tailwind.
• Coach senior and mid-level designers in visual design and interaction thinking.
• Lead high-stakes cross-functional initiatives and bring structure to ambiguous product problems.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating world-class UI craft with examples of complex, data-heavy SaaS products.
• Expertise in interaction design, system flows, and information hierarchy.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, preferably in analytics or observability.
• Proven track record of elevating the design craft of an entire organization.
• Strong facilitation skills and experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to perform customer validation and discovery to fuel product strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience with design systems at scale.
• Experience designing for AI features such as automation, agents, or pattern generation.
• Familiarity with B2B analytics or experimentation tools.
