Salary: $100,000 – $232,500 per year

What you will do

• Provide strategic financial leadership during organizational evolution, strengthening financial structures, systems, and policies.
• Develop and maintain an organization-wide financial strategy, including multi-year financial planning and forecasting (FP&A).
• Lead the annual operating budget development process and present budgets to the Finance Committee and Board.
• Manage the finance and accounting department, including the selection and implementation of new finance systems.
• Coordinate annual audit processes, financial statements, and tax returns.
• Oversee the tracking and reporting of grant and other funding resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in the nonprofit sector, preferably in grant-funded environments.
• Must be based in a timezone between UTC -8 and UTC -3 inclusive.
• Experience with organizational restructuring and new entity registration.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
• English: Proficiency required for cover letter and resume submission.

• Knowledge of Intacct financial software.
