What you will do

• Define the multi-year technical vision for next-generation marketing platforms across the organization.
• Architect high-scale, real-time platforms for bidding, experimentation, and decisioning.
• Build intelligent, extensible systems enabling autonomous operation across planning and execution workflows.
• Lead cross-domain initiatives to solve ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges at massive scale.
• Mentor and sponsor senior engineers and technical leaders to raise the overall engineering bar.
• Partner with product and business leaders to shape long-term platform strategy and investments.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven track record of driving technical strategy across multiple independent organizations.
• Deep expertise in system architecture and data-intensive platforms at scale.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud-native architectures.
• Exceptional ability to influence senior leaders and align organizations around complex decisions.
• Must be based in the US (Seattle) or possess valid US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI/ML-driven or agent-enabled production systems.
• Deep domain expertise in martech, advertising systems, search, or optimization platforms.
• History of creating architectural patterns adopted across a large organization.
