What you will do

• Define and lead architecture strategy for DTC, e-commerce, and digital experience platforms, including omnichannel consumer journeys.
• Design and implement AI-powered capabilities like personalization, recommendation systems, intelligent search, dynamic pricing, fraud detection, and Customer 360.
• Champion generative AI, conversational experiences, and scalable AI/ML patterns, pipelines, and governance.
• Establish enterprise architecture blueprints, standards, roadmaps, and evaluate modern platforms like e-commerce, DXP, CDP, and cloud services.
• Architect cloud-native, event-driven microservices systems with APIs, data streaming, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and SRE practices.
• Act as trusted advisor to leadership, partner cross-functionally, lead governance, and mentor teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture, including enterprise-scale digital platforms
• Proven experience as Lead or Enterprise Architect driving large-scale transformations
• Deep expertise in e-commerce, DTC platforms, digital experiences, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI)
• Hands-on with microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), headless/composable commerce, AI/ML systems, data platforms (Kafka, BigQuery)
• Expertise in security, privacy, compliance, DevSecOps, SRE for global scale
• Exceptional leadership, influence, communication, and mentoring skills; Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science; willingness to travel 10–20%
