Salary: $80,000 to $166,000

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Business Analysts in client implementations.
• Hire, onboard, and retain talent while managing performance and development.
• Drive team utilization, financial responsibilities, and goal achievement.
• Develop trusted customer relationships and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Perform hands-on BA tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in software/technology, with 2+ years in leadership
• Experience leading BA efforts for client-facing software implementations (SaaS/enterprise preferred)
• Background in P&C insurance or policy administration systems
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, documentation, and UAT leadership
• Proven team management in delivery-focused environment, coaching, and stakeholder influence
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (PAS, ERP, CRM)
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications
• Working with offshore/distributed teams
