What you will do

• Create novel interfaces for GenAI agents to manage complex workflows while ensuring inspectability and transparency.
• Partner with product management and design to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible solutions.
• Lead hands-on full-stack software development to deliver dynamic, user-centric AI experiences.
• Implement mechanisms to drive product-led growth through seamless onboarding and sharing capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to direct the future of agentic applications at hirify.global.
• Establish organizational best practices for building high-value AI products.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City (NYC).
• 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with server-side web technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, Go).
• Proven experience building and shipping end-to-end generative AI products with a significant UI/UX component.
• Demonstrated product mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous problems into MVPs and iterate quickly.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
