What you will do

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of multi-tenant cloud-native solutions as the team's Tech Lead.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and architectural bottlenecks.
• Champion AI transformation by adopting AI-driven tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
• Quickly master codebases and deliver high-quality code contributions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business priorities into shipped features.
• Mentor junior engineers and represent technical interests in stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• 7+ years in scalable cloud-native full-stack applications (frontend + backend)
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, NodeJS
• Proficiency in event-driven architecture, API integration, GraphQL
• Experience with AWS, CI/CD, DevOps best practices, Grafana for observability
• Experience with AI-driven UX, agents, workflow automation
• BA/BS in computer science or equivalent; exceptional communication skills
