Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own complex features end-to-end across full stack for new product line targeting CRE owners and developers.
• Shape product direction collaborating with PM on growth experiments.
• Build real-time financial workflows connecting lenders, developers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Integrate AI into development processes and shipped products.
• Solve high-stakes problems in multi-party budgets, payments, and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience building customer-facing applications.
• Full-stack fluency with production experience in frontends and backend APIs.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js-based frameworks.
• Comfort with AWS or comparable cloud infrastructure.
• Experience writing automated tests and participating in code reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience with GraphQL, DynamoDB, event-driven architectures, or microservices.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to financial systems, construction tech, or domains with real-world transaction integrity.
