What you will do

• Lead initiatives with Product and Design to ship AI-enabled care experiences improving patient engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with ML research to integrate cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical agentic framework.
• Improve physician-facing platform and integrate AI tooling for efficiency and clinical capabilities.
• Architect scalable backend systems like health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise client integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years building production software, ideally 2+ years at startups/growth companies
• Proficiency in React, NextJs, Node.js (Typescript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, Redis
• Experience building at scale for hundreds of thousands of users and enterprise clients
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent developments
• Self-motivated with ownership in high-growth startup environments
