What you will do

• Converse with AI models on real-world accounting scenarios and theoretical financial questions.
• Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model-generated financial responses.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes to improve model reasoning.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Challenge models on GAAP/IFRS standards, ledger reconciliation, internal controls, and budgeting strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expertise in financial reporting, auditing, tax compliance, and cost accounting.
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication by showing your work.
• CPA licensure or experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is highly preferred.
