What you will do

• Act as a cybersecurity expert and consultant to help customers maximize the value of the hirify.global solution.
• Conduct deployment discovery and architecture design reviews for Network, Email, and Cloud deployments.
• Identify and implement new use cases for hirify.global usage within customer environments to drive adoption.
• Collaborate internally with Customer Success Managers, Renewals Managers, and Sales to ensure account retention and growth.
• Develop and maintain deep, hands-on proficiency across all coverage areas of the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in Indonesia.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a similar relevant role.
• Strong knowledge of both on-premise and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience within the cybersecurity industry.
• Proven ability to build critical business relationships with stakeholders from IT administrators to C-Suite executives.

Nice to have

• Experience in Email Security, Incident Response, or Cloud Security Architecture.
• Relevant external cybersecurity certifications.
