What you will do

• Act as customers' technical PoC post-sales and support hand-offs between pre- and post-sales teams.
• Integrate hirify.global product with customer environments, lead self-hosted deployments, upgrades, and support.
• Prototype features based on customer needs and provide Tier 2 technical support for issues.
• Support pre-sales demos when required and explain technical/business value to users and stakeholders.
• Share field feedback with product teams to mature the platform and run Expert Services engagements.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience as Expert Services/Field Engineer in security, preferably SaaS.
• Understanding of SAST, SCA, CWP, DAST products, OWASP Top 10, and security frameworks like ISO-27001, FedRAMP, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA.
• Hands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI), VPN, SSO integration.
• 10+ years in Security Engineering/DevSecOps/Infrastructure Engineering.
• Comfortable prototyping features, resolving Tier 2 issues, and communicating with CISOs, engineers, executives.
• Basic understanding of post-sales buying drivers; open to learning Go and TypeScript.

• Pre-sales Solution Architecting/Design experience.
• Security/DevSecOps consulting in Professional Services.
• AWS/Azure certifications and audit support.
• Active in security community (conferences, workshops, OSS contributions).
• Prior role as security buyer (e.g., CISO) or software engineering.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes in complex platforms.
