Expert Services Engineer - Cybersecurity (South Korea)

Expert Services Engineer (Cybersecurity): Act as technical PoC for post-sales customer support, integrating and deploying hirify.global's AI-powered autonomous pentester in customer environments with an accent on cloud infrastructure, security tools, and feature prototyping. Focus on resolving Tier 2 technical issues, providing feedback to product teams, and explaining technical value to stakeholders.

What you will do

• Act as customers' technical PoC post-sales and support hand-off between pre- and post-sales teams.
• Integrate hirify.global product with customer environments and lead self-hosted deployments, support, and upgrades.
• Provide Tier 2 support for technical issues and prototype features based on customer needs.
• Support pre-sales roles when required and explain technical/business value to users and stakeholders.
• Run Expert Services engagements and provide field feedback to product teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken
• Experience as Expert Services/Field Engineer in security, preferably SaaS.
• Understanding of SAST, SCA, CWP, DAST; hands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI), VPN, SSO.
• 10+ years in Security Engineering/DevSecOps/Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong command of OWASP Top 10, security frameworks (ISO-27001, FedRAMP, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA).
• Comfortable prototyping, explaining concepts to mixed audiences, and working with Product Engineering.

Nice to have

• Pre-sales Solution Architecting/Design or Security/DevSecOps consulting.
• AWS/Azure certifications and audit support experience.
• Active in security community (conferences, workshops, OSS contributions).
• Previous role as security buyer (e.g., CISO) or software engineering.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes in complex platform build-outs.
