Technical Support Analyst (M/W) (DevOps)

Location: Porto, Portugal; the role is based in Porto.

What you will do

• Provide technical platform support in an international context using agile methods.
• Support developers with the configuration and use of DevOps tools, best practices, and procedures in coordination with tooling support teams.
• Participate with developers in integrating components, services, and software on DEV, UAT, and PROD servers running Linux or Windows.
• Enhance monitoring tools with scripting to identify process errors.
• Perform log analysis.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
• Mastery of Bash, PowerShell, and Python scripting.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Git, XLDeploy, and XLRelease.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of SQL.
