What you will do

• Design and implement scalable Java applications for E-Trading systems across Equities, FX, and Derivatives.
• Collaborate with trading and operations teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Identify and correct performance bottlenecks and resolve system bugs.
• Maintain high code quality and organization through automation and architecture principles.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java, Sybase, and SQL Server.
• Solid experience in software development, CI/CD, and TDD.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts and Source Code Management using Git.
• Experience with XL Release and XL Deploy.
• English: Good level (B2) required.
• Ability to work effectively within a distributed, international team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French.
