Tech Lead (.NET/C#) (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Porto or Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

• Lead the technical development of innovative solutions for investment banking and financial services operations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Design and implement applications using C# and .NET.
• Apply software architecture principles, Clean Code, SOLID, and TDD.
• Work across the full application lifecycle, including production support.
• Use Azure services and DevOps tooling to support application delivery.

Requirements

• Higher education in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
• More than 9 years of experience in C# .NET development.
• Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience.
• Experience with .NET Framework 4.8+ and .NET 8+.
• Knowledge of software architecture, Clean Code, SOLID, and TDD.
• Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, Git, Gitflow, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Azure Pipelines, Repos, Blob Storage, App Service, and App Configuration.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and the full application lifecycle, including production support.
• Fluent English required.
