What you will do

• Lead on-site requirement elicitation via workshops and interviews with clinical and administrative users
• Analyze and optimize clinical forms and healthcare workflows to ensure data integrity
• Translate clinical needs into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria using Jira
• Document functional specifications, process diagrams, and data requirements
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and QA to clarify scope and support implementation
• Support change management and user adoption during platform rollout phases

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or healthcare systems
• Proven experience with EMR/EHR platforms and clinical workflows
• Expertise in process mapping, optimization, and backlog management in Jira
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Availability to work on-site in Monterrey, Nuevo León
• Fluent Spanish for daily communication
• English: Intermediate level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience in hospital operations, including surgical scheduling and patient records
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and information quality
• Familiarity with Lean Healthcare or continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience in digital transformation within healthcare organizations
