What you will do

• Own a product area within acquisition channels from hypothesis to delivery.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into clear specifications for engineering teams.
• Research real user workflows to identify pain points and propose interface and process improvements.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and validate hypotheses using data.
• Collaborate daily with operations teams, developers, and data analysts.
• Optimize onboarding flows to reduce churn and increase channel utilization.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in business analysis or a similar analytical role.
• English: B1 or higher required.
• Basic SQL proficiency for pulling and validating data.
• Structured thinking and a proactive mindset.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Mexico.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience in project management, system analysis, or product management.
• Background in high-pace product companies, such as fintech or marketplaces.
• Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
