What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end development of a new product from initial concept to production launch.
- Manage development for both the core processing/backend and client-facing UX/product experience.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and delivery expectations.
- Analyze vendor documentation, including API specifications and technical integration guidelines.
- Build operational processes for Anti-Fraud, Compliance, Customer Support, and Delivery workflows.
- Prepare technical documentation for submission to banking regulators.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably in payments or PSP products.
- Proven experience managing distributed product development with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in requirements management: elicitation, documentation, and change control.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, including sprint planning and release coordination.
- Ability to work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Security teams.
- Strong documentation skills, including process flows using BPMN or equivalent.
