TL;DR

Business Analyst (Payments): Driving the launch of a new payment product from concept to production with an accent on core processing, backend integration, and UX. Focus on managing distributed development, coordinating cross-functional teams, and aligning regulatory requirements.

Location: Worldwide. Flexible work from offices in Mexico, Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, or remote.

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end development of a new product from initial concept to production launch.
  • Manage development for both the core processing/backend and client-facing UX/product experience.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and delivery expectations.
  • Analyze vendor documentation, including API specifications and technical integration guidelines.
  • Build operational processes for Anti-Fraud, Compliance, Customer Support, and Delivery workflows.
  • Prepare technical documentation for submission to banking regulators.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably in payments or PSP products.
  • Proven experience managing distributed product development with multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Strong skills in requirements management: elicitation, documentation, and change control.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, including sprint planning and release coordination.
  • Ability to work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Security teams.
  • Strong documentation skills, including process flows using BPMN or equivalent.
