What you will do

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design user-centered interfaces meeting business and user needs
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile
• Iterate designs based on feedback in an agile environment
• Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines and accurate implementation by developers
• Stay current with UI trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with strong portfolio of web and mobile projects
• Strong focus on UI design
• Extensive experience with Figma, proficient in all features
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and visual best practices
• Experience in user research and usability testing
• Ability to work in agile environment and manage multiple projects
• Negotiation level English (written and verbal)

Nice to have

• AI, 3D, AR, VR, Figjam, Miro design experience
• Experience in branding
• Experience in financial and healthcare sectors
