• Capture reproducible error traces to document and resolve model failure modes.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics for financial domain models.
• Simulate real-world trading scenarios and theoretical financial questions to test model reasoning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or Series licenses.
• Proven experience in trading floors, financial analysis, or compliance projects.
