Senior Clinical Data AI Reviewer (AI)

Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada)

Salary: $60.87 - $67.64 CAD per hour

What you will do

• Review and label clinical data, ensuring alignment and accuracy in annotations.
• Evaluate AI model results, specifically identifying hallucinations and omissions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on clinical workflows and EHR documentation.
• Resolve disputes and discrepancies among clinical SMEs regarding labeled data.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to discover requirements and educate stakeholders on clinical AI.
• Advocate for the quality and clinical accuracy of AI solutions alongside technical and UX teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• RN or NP Degree with a valid current license.
• 7+ years of Nursing experience (LTPAC and management experience preferred).
• Knowledge of healthcare informatics or equivalent technical background.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including LLM, NLP, ML, and hallucinations.
• Experience with hirify.global (PCC) products and data labeling software.
