Korean-speaking AI Evaluator (SMB Operations): Creating realistic small-business prompts and assessing AI responses across customer communication, operations, finance, marketing, and market research with an accent on practical workflows, business documents, and visual content. Focus on comparing multiple AI systems, identifying accuracy and usefulness issues, and producing structured evaluation reports with a minimum 4-hour PST overlap.
Location: Remote — South Korea; 20–40 hours per week with a minimum 4-hour PST overlap.

What you will do
- Create realistic prompts based on common small-business situations and goals.
- Interact with multiple AI chatbots and compare the quality of their responses.
- Review AI-generated written and visual business content, including spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other documents.
- Evaluate customer communication, operational, marketing, research, and financial-planning scenarios.
- Provide structured feedback, scoring, evaluation reports, and conversation transcripts.
- Follow detailed evaluation guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Fluent Korean communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience as a business owner or in small-business operations.
- Strong understanding of day-to-day SMB workflows and customer interactions.
- Experience using chatbots or generative AI platforms.
- Ability to critically evaluate written and visual business content.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, PDFs, image-based inputs, and structured analysis.
