What you will do

• Review and validate employee loan information and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct thorough reviews of participant and employer-submitted materials to ensure operational standards.
• Manage and respond to inquiries in the operations and support inbox.
• Coordinate with student loan servicers and financial institutions to resolve discrepancies and maintain records.
• Support monthly invoicing processes and reconcile data for billing and payment reporting.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Product teams to improve internal processes.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience within the operations sector.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry.
• Proficiency with Zendesk.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for servicer outreach.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Availability to work 8am - 5pm ET.
