Treasury Bank Administration Analyst

What you will do

• Maintain accurate bank account, mandate, signatory, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor treasury system interfaces, activities, and data feeds to identify issues and protect data integrity.
• Support user permissions, system access records, governance, accountability, and business continuity.
• Analyse operational issues, provide updates, escalate problems, and collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Document processes and identify improvements that increase accuracy, consistency, and scalability.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a support, operations, or shared-services role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse data and produce reliable reports.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective written and verbal communication, including timely updates and appropriate escalation.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate within a global team.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of treasury processes, cash management, payments, or banking operations.
• Experience with Kyriba, another treasury management system, or a related financial platform.
• Interest in developing treasury expertise and progressing into systems support or higher-complexity operational responsibilities.
