Sr. Credit Controller

What you will do

• Manage assigned trade debtor ledgers and control third-party debt to meet DSO, overdue receivables, collection ratio, and dispute turnaround targets.
• Prepare and distribute trade debtor, cash flow forecast, dispute, bad debt provision, and other finance reports.
• Monitor non-payments, delayed payments, account irregularities, disputes, and overdue portfolios.
• Coordinate with the Revenue Controller, customer service, commercial teams, and revenue associates to recover past-due balances and support re-invoicing.
• Resolve collection issues, account adjustments, client disputes, short payments, and incoming customer queries.
• Support the Local Finance and I2C teams and communicate professionally with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Experience in credit control, debt collection, accounts receivable, or a related finance function.
• Ability to manage debtor portfolios and monitor collection, overdue receivables, DSO, and dispute metrics.
• Ability to prepare and interpret cash flow, receivables, dispute, and bad debt reports.
• Ability to coordinate with finance, operational, commercial, and customer service teams.
• Ability to work from the Bogota, Colombia location.
