Specialist, Business Support (Payment Operations)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid workplace

Contract role for 6 months, with possible conversion to a full-time position depending on business needs and performance.

hirify.global operates global B2B payment and digital commerce solutions, as well as consumer storefronts for game top-ups, digital credits, vouchers, gift cards, and prepaid products.

What you will do

• Prepare and deliver accurate, complete, and timely payout reports.
• Gather and validate transaction data, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate root-cause resolution.
• Coordinate payment provider activities, including title approvals, KYC requests, documentation, follow-ups, and approval logs.
• Validate access requests and maintain accurate access records.
• Maintain operational reports, trackers, documentation, and handoffs across Payments, Finance, Compliance, and Commercial Operations.
• Identify recurring issues, improve reporting and turnaround times, and support new payment operations controls.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and ownership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and issue-escalation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across international teams and manage multiple operational requests.
• Comfort working with data, operational trackers, structured processes, and independent task execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in payment operations, financial operations, fintech, e-commerce, or related operational roles.
• Experience with payment transactions, reconciliations, transaction monitoring, or operational investigations.
• Familiarity with payment platforms, financial systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting tools.
• Experience in B2B, payments, fintech, or digital services environments.
