What you will do

• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Assist pharmacist in retrieving refills, filling prescriptions, and running automated machinery for sorting and packaging
• Fill exception trays, transition orders through workflow stages, and perform quality control
• Count, label, pack, and ship orders including printing labels and sorting boxes
• Aid operations team with receiving, shipping, counting, packing, cleaning equipment, and maintaining work areas

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to obtain a Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy Registered Technician Trainee License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months experience with computer and web-based tools
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift
• Demonstrated teamwork, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced environment meeting productivity and quality standards
