Salary: $91,000 – $140,000

What you will do

• Prepare and coordinate SEC filings including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, earnings releases, financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A
• Distribute internal financial reporting packages and serve as point of contact across Finance, Accounting, Legal, and other teams
• Manage Workiva software operations, templates, and workflows while identifying efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with external auditors on reviews, audits, and technical accounting questions
• Maintain accounting policies, research complex transactions under ASC guidance, and draft memos
• Monitor new standards, support SOX compliance, and utilize AI for research, drafting, and analysis

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting
• Strong foundation in public accounting, ideally Big Four experience
• Expertise in SEC reporting processes, US GAAP, and technical accounting
• Experience with financial statement preparation, disclosures, and SOX compliance
• Familiarity with Workiva and AI tools for workflow efficiency
• CPA preferred
