TL;DR

People & Talent Coordinator (HR/People Ops): Supporting Talent Acquisition, internal communications, and people operations to scale company culture and processes with an accent on operational excellence and candidate experience. Focus on managing interview coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management systems.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (3 days onsite per week)

What you will do

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain ATS hygiene in Ashby to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Manage internal communications, including drafting weekly updates and handling All Hands logistics.
  • Administer performance cycles, tracking, and employee recognition programs using Lattice.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for employees and contractors, coordinating with PEO and EOR partners like Deel.
  • Support employer branding efforts and the creation of internal playbooks and documentation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in TA, HR, People Ops, or Program Coordination.
  • Location: Must be based in Austin, TX.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Excellent written communication skills for internal corporate messaging.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Ashby, Lattice, or similar people-management tools.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Background in internal communications or content writing.
