Salary: $156,800 – $291,200

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise advanced manufacturing roadmap and future-state production footprint.
• Lead the stand-up of new production sites and lines from concept through qualification and ramp.
• Drive build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions for automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing investments.
• Identify and deploy Industry 4.0 technologies to improve throughput and first-pass yield.
• Ensure all manufacturing systems meet AS9100, ITAR, DFARS, and DoD regulatory requirements.
• Establish KPIs and governance to track performance and return on advanced manufacturing investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of standing up new production sites or major manufacturing capabilities.
• Deep expertise in automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing systems.
• Strong command of Lean, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen or lawful permanent resident) for ITAR and national security compliance.
