What you will do

• Provide direct support on production floor for radar assembly, integration, and test operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, RF issues and drive corrective actions for escapes and failures.
• Analyze yield and failure trends, lead root cause investigations (8D, RCCA), implement CAPA.
• Develop work instructions, process flows, fixtures, tooling, and error-proofing strategies.
• Coordinate with production, quality, test, design, supply chain on daily operations and reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering or related STEM.
• 3–7+ years in aerospace, defense, automotive, or complex electromechanical production.
• Hands-on production floor support and troubleshooting mechanical/electronic assemblies.
• DFMA principles, manufacturing documentation (mBOMs, work instructions), GD&T, root cause methods.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.

Nice to have

• Radar systems, RF hardware, PCBA, harness/connector practices.
• SOLIDWORKS/CAD, LRIP/rate ramp, MES/PLM/ERP, IPC certification, MRL assessments.
