What you will do

• Lead deep discovery to uncover the real architectural and business needs of the client.
• Define engagement models including staff augmentation, managed teams, or hybrid structures.
• Own the technical narrative and positioning of proposals to define the strategic value of the solution.
• Coordinate internal alignment across Sales, Technical Leadership, Finance, and Recruiting.
• Contribute to pricing strategy, margin trade-offs, and win probability analysis.
• Participate in deal negotiations and navigate commercial contract terms.

Requirements

• Background in a technical role such as Software Engineer, Systems Designer, or Business Analyst.
• Deep technical intuition with the ability to lead high-level architectural conversations.
• Proven ability to translate complex Software Engineering concepts into clear business value.
• Experience supporting or leading complex sales cycles and enterprise-level discovery.
• Clear, structured, and confident English communication skills for executive-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in Latin America.
